It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Shirley Jeane Lillie (Montezuma, Iowa), born in Grinnell, Iowa, who passed away on August 13, 2019, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her son Gary; and her siblings, Keith, Dennis, Ernest, Kenneth, Helen Strand, Mildred Vulysteke and Thelma Fisher.
She is survived by: her spouse Manly Lillie (Pete); her daughters, Carolyn Bru (David) of Montezuma and Debra Garman (Bill) of Rose Hill; and her grandchildren, Eric Bru (Traci), Jennifer Readshaw (Doug), Joshua Bru, David Bru, Suzy Comstock (Shannon), Matthew Aufenkamp and John Luecht (Angie). She is also survived by 18 great grandchildren; two great great grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Montezuma Specialty Care Bus Fund.
