He is survived by: his adoptive daughters, Rebecca, Rachelle, Robyn and Rhonda of India; his wife Gladys Haworth; his children, Ron Haworth (Janice) of Montezuma, Rick Haworth (Shirley) of Des Moines, Randall Haworth (Sachiko) of Japan, Rachelle Hugley (Adam) of Ankeny, Robyn Samuel (Prem) of Johnston and Rhonda Outlaw; his grandchildren, Joshua DeWeese (Brandon Woline), Jay DeWeese (Kelsey), Rachel Haworth, Sarah Haworth, Kenneth Haworth, Cordilia Haworth, Matthew Hugley, Abigail Hugley, Derek Samuel, Isaac Samuel, Hannah Samuel, Juliana Bempah and Halle Outlaw; his great grandchildren, Ava DeWeese and Breyer DeWeese; and his sister Carmen Brown (Charlie).
