He is survived by: his children, Terry Watt of Montezuma, Delight Kelly (David) of York, PA and Kimberly Watt; his grandchildren, Jesse Watt and Lisa Kelly (Robert); and his great grandchildren, Mae and Zella. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
