He was predeceased by: his father Richard Arendt; and his brother William Arendt. He is survived by: his mother Leta Arendt (Close) of Montezuma; his wife Nicole Arendt of Montezuma; his children, Mike Arendt (Shannon) of Montezuma, Heather Snook (Adam) of Montezuma, Colton Maschmann (Sierra) of Montezuma and Katie Thomason (Siraj) of Montezuma; his brother David Arendt of Montezuma; his grandchildren, Alisha Lyons (Mikey), Gaige Arendt (Ciara), Brayden Arendt, Hunter Van Dee, Chloe Snook, Emma Snook, Rocco Thomason, Bristol Thomason, Kaden Baestle and Callan Maschmann; and his great grandchildren, Emlynne Lyons, Ada Lyons and Baby Arendt. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
