He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen Hall and Madeline Hall (Speeter); his siblings, Norman (Frances Hall) and Miriam (Ernie Andes); and his brothers-in-law, Bill Rempp and Marvin Klein.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce; his children, Cyndy Smith of Stockbridge, GA, Becky Bilbro (Jim) of Shelbina, MO, Shari McWilliams (John) of Montezuma, Karen Murillo of Montezuma, Rick Hall (Cathy) of Indianapolis, IN, Rhonda Steele (David) of Washington and Jeff Hall (Melanie) of Urbandale; his grandchildren, Paul Smith, Jason, Chris, Jeff Bilbro, Jade, Ciara, Alexa Murillo, Scott, Gabe, Austin, Will Hall, Shannon, Paige, Colin Steele, Macy, Wesley, Bryce, Elyse and Lindsay Hall; his siblings, Carol Klein and Jack Hall (Kathie); his sister-in-law Marjorie Rempp; and his friend Ken Smith. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
According to the rules put in place by the Iowa Department of Public Health, proper social distancing and appropriate personal protective equipment will be required for attending this public event.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Good News Production Inc. (a technology-focused ministry that shares the gospel of Jesus Christ to remote global locations) or the Montezuma Food Pantry.
