He is survived by: the father of his child John; his former wife Janet Gwin; his wife Jan Bushong; his children, John Bushong (Christy) and Connie Durr (Mike); his grandchildren, Vanna Bushong, Chase Durr, Jenna Durr (Margo), Victor Bushong, Vincent Bushong (Rebekah) and Vance Bushong; his great grandchild Ruth; his stepsons, Craig (Gina) and Eric Bryan (Nicole); his stepgrandchildren, Damon Bryan, Brittany Bryan, Mitchell Bryan (Shaylin), Quintin Bryan, Andrew Bryan and Monika Fetzer; his stepgreat-granddaughter Tori; his sister-in-law Beverly Bushong; and his nieces and nephews, Phyliss Rodgers, Cheryl Mitchell, Diane Crittenden, Mike Bushong, Rex Bushong and Brenda Moore.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Shriners Hospital or the Unity Point Hospice.
