She was predeceased by: her siblings, Dale, Bueta, Brownie, Max, Liz, Wanda and Jenny.

She is survived by: her siblings, Henry and Agnes Harris (Gabbert); her husband Gary; her children, Dean Holdeman of Chariton, Roger, Lori, Dave Abel of Royal, Mike Holdeman of Reasnor, Brian and Lynn Holdeman of Ankeny; her brother Buel "Sonny" Harris of Cedar Rapids; and her brother-in-law Bill Zaruba of Cedar Rapids. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
