He was predeceased by: his parents, Laura Smith Rowland and James Rowland; his grandson Timothy Stephen Patterson; and his sister Ardith Showers (Harold). He is survived by: his wife Dawn Fawcett of Montezuma; his daughters, Deborah Leonard of Ipswich, SD and Heidi Wollman (Eddie Jr.) of Leola, SD; his grandchildren, Austin James Leonard of North Liberty, Lucas Ray Rowland of Leola, Jonathan Willard Goeshel of Leola, SD, Dominic Wollman (Tyler Jo) of Mellett, SD, April Acciacca (Caleb) of Baraga, MI and Adam Wollman of Sioux Falls, SD; his great grandchildren, Ashlyn Sitter, Makayden Wollman and Kannon Wollman; and his siblings, James Rowland (Fontalee) of Norwalk and Charlotte Kaufman (Phil) of North Carolina. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews cousins, and friends.
