He is survived by: his former wife Susan Musgrove; his sons, Adam Putz (Kate), Jason Putz (Tiffany) and Kent Putz; his grandchildren, Stella, Grant, Wyatt, River and Hazel; and his sisters, Rose Hansen, Mae Chambers and Carol Wallace (Dave).
