He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd E. Neff and Mary E. Neff (Shore); and his siblings, Joann Clark (David), Robert Neff (Wanda Neff Burkett) and Cecil Neff.
He is survived by: his wife Dawn Love; his daughter Kendi Neff-Parvin (Randy); his granddaughters, Haley and Ainsley Parvin; his brothers, Francis Neff (Violet) and Dwight Neff (Karen); and his siblings-in-law, Judy Neff, Kay Iwen (John) and Joel Love (Jayne). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
