He is survived by: his wife Tammy Dungan; his children, Jeff Heyveld (Shelly) and Lori Padget (Kyle); his stepdaughters, Erica Cooper (Kevin Kading) and Kelsey Cooper; his grandchildren, Leandra Heyveld, Skylar Heyveld, Garin Padget, Zebulin Padget, Kailyn Padget, Thea Kading and Ray Kading; and his sister Gloria Bishop.
