Frances B. McComas Obituary
We are sad to announce that on May 21, 2022, at the age of 98, Frances B. McComas (Monroe, Iowa) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Marion Zante and Lucille Van Zante; her sister Elizabeth (Betty); her daughter Frances; her grandchildren, Jen, Ryan, Britney, Callie, Natalie and Casey; and her children, Gary McComas (Ellen) of Pleasant Hill, IA, Deborah Raber (Larry) of Grimes, IA and Donna Illingworth of Newton, IA. She was also cherished by seven grandchildren, and 10 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Presbyterian Church of Monroe, IA, the Monroe Fire Department, or MercyOne Hospice in Johnston, IA.
