She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Stepleton and Lucille Stepleton (Hilgers); her husband Harry E. Harper; her daughter Cecilia Sneller; and her stepdaughter Kimberly Hertel.
She is survived by: her daughter Marie Miller (Robert); her stepdaughter Tracy Zurn; her grandchildren, Brian Sneller, Lynne Sneller Sanders, David Sneller, Darin Sneller, Traci Orr, Derek Miller, Erin Miller-Wilkinson and Dana Miller; her siblings, Thelma Shannon, Norman Stepleton (Kathy), Doris Flanagan (Jake) and Cecilia Kay Bell (George); and her son-in-law Ron Sneller.
