It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald E. Peery of Monroe, Iowa, who passed away on February 28, 2022, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Peery and Grace Peery (Tool); his wife Pearl Stephens; his son Darrell Peery; and his siblings, Edith Slegh and Kenneth Peery.

He is survived by: his daughter-in-law Patti Peery; his grandchildren, Matthew Peery, Kenny Thorson (Anna Keller) and Melissa Mann (Roger); and his great grandchildren, Jordy Morrill, Gracey Mann, Robert Mann and Haleigh Sovara.

Memorials may be directed to the Monroe Kiwanis Club or the Monroe United Methodist Church.
