He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd E Neff and Mary E. Neff (Shore); his siblings, Joann Clark and Bob; and his sister-in-law Wanda Neff.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Hulleman; his sons, Roger Neff and Scott Neff; his grandchildren, Monica Neff, Nick Neff, Michael Neff and Brandon Neff; his brothers, Francis (Violet Neff), Dwight Neff (Karen) and Kenny Neff (Dawn); and his brothers-in-law, Dave Clark and Harold Hulleman (Linda). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and many friends.
