He was predeceased by: his parents, Ervin H. Walker and Freda Fern Walker (Cooper); and his sister Shirley Van Ryswyk. He is survived by: his wife Ila Van Wyngarden; and his children, Lonnie (Julie), Tim (Lisa), Terry, Tami Nook (Galyn) and Robin Egesdal (Travis).

Memorials may be made to Gideons International or Iowa Regular Baptist Camp.
