He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie Stebbins and Bonnie Mortenson Heath. He is survived by: his siblings, Sherry Yankey (Mike) of Sloan, IA, Patty Cotter of Sioux City, IA, Brenda Zieglar of Ottumwa, IA, Rebecca Heath of Onawa, IA, Steve Stebbins (Eileen) of Van Buren, Rodney Heath of Sioux City, IA and Roger Heath (Amber) of Sioux City, IA; and his aunt Charmaine Ingram of Sioux City, IA.. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
In. lieu of flowers, Terry requested donations be made to the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's WItnesses in Onawa, IA.
