She was predeceased by: her parents, William Meuer and Marie Meuer; her sister Ginny Adler (Richard); and her husband William Friedl. She is survived by: her children, Diane Dennis, Paul Friedl, Marie White Eagle (Dave), Lynn Gerbitz (Doug) and Brad Friedl (Lindsey); and her brother-in-law James Friedl. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
