He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer F. Marting and Helen Marting (Schmitt). He is survived by: his wife Carol Y. Heins; and his children, Lori Huelskamp, Lynn Olson (Jim), Leanne O'Brien (Jeff) and Larry Marting (Amie Bissonett).
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Paul Lutheran Church (401 S Egbert St, Monona, IA 52159). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in his name to the Monona Museum or St. Paul Lutheran Church.
