She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Frazee and Nina Frazee (Wemmer); her husband Herbert Kinion; her siblings, Grace Barnett, Laura McCance, Charles, James, Melvin, Jack and Richard (Paul); and her grandson Todd Kinion.
She is survived by: her children, Dale Kinion (Judy) and Lynn Kinion of Monmouth; and her grandchildren, Stacey Chelf, Adam Kinion, Michelle Burk, Mitchell, Matthew and Melissa Kinion. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
She made and donated hundreds of blankets over the years.
