He is survived by: his sons, Todd Van Dorn of Monticello and Brent Van Dorn (Laci) of Monticello; his grandchildren, Justice, Kylee, Bella, Violet and Emmi; his great grandchild Audrey; and his siblings, Laurie Boeding (Greg) of Rochester, Deb Van Dorn of Maquoketa, Michelle Tredway of Des Moines, Sherry Streets of Springville and William "Bill" Van Dorn (Pat) of Chariton.
