He is survived by: his wife Judy; his children, Timothy (Renee) of Marion, Iowa, David (Megan) of Marion, Iowa, Kevin (Mary) of Summerville, Julie Sikora (Pat) of Bowling Green, Kentucky and Kristy Wagner (Mike) of Phoenix, Arizona; and his brother Gregory (Lenora) of Bowling Green, Kentucky.. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren, one great-grandson.
