He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Baxter and Reva Baxter (Kron); and his brother Larry Baxter. He is survived by: his former wife Julie Carrier; his daughter Jillian (Brad Shearer) of Bellevue, Nebraska; his former spouse Maribeth Custer (Messerole); his wife Mari Baxter of Omaha, Nebraska; his stepchildren, Abrielle Custer (Olivia Davidson) of Omaha and Ian Custer of Omaha; his grandson Benjamin Shearer; and his siblings, Tami Leeper of Liberty, Missouri and Tracy Baxter (Dawna) of Mondamin. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
