Smith of Mondamin, Iowa, born in Marked Tree, Arkansas, who passed away on January 24, 2022, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie Smith and Jewel Smith (Rash); his son Daniel Smith; and his siblings, Edith Cruse, Norman and Edward Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Frances Smith (Mass); and his son Joe Smith of Red Oak. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; 1 great-great granddaughter; numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
The family would also like to thank all the family members and friends who have sent their condolences and hope that all understand their decision to have private graveside services for the immediate family only, due to COVID.
