He was predeceased by: his father Vernon Lickey; and his sister Janis Finley. He is survived by: his wife Wanda; his daughters, Kayla Westcott and Amanda Lickey; his sister Anita Durham; and his granddaughter Sienna Mahan. He is also survived by nieces and nephew as well as many friends.
