He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion F. Lewis and Bernita E. Lewis (Wallis); his siblings, Helen and William (Bill); his grandparents, Oscar, Bessie Lewis (Johnson), Walter and Frances Wallis (Gee); his nephew Estal Bryon Lewis; and his brother-in-law Forrest Hulsebus.

He is survived by: his siblings, Harriet Gummus (Richard), James Lewis (Penny) of Mondamin and Arlene Hulsebus of Mondamin. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Family would like memorials to be directed to the Mondamin Fire and Rescue.
