It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary M. Lawson of Mitchellville, Iowa, who passed away on January 9, 2024, at the age of 45, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Don Wheatcraft of Colfax; her mother-in-law Sharon Lawson; her aunts, Evelyn Reynolds and Michele Bowers; and her uncle Michael Mitchell.
She is survived by: her mother Vicki Wheatcraft; her husband David Lawson of Mitchellville; her siblings, Heather Wheatcraft (Mike Walker) and Wyatt Wheatcraft (Sierra Anderson); her siblings-in-law, Andrea Sanburn (David) and Jeremy Lawson; her daughter Grace Owens (Christian Madison); her grandchildren, Wrenlee and Elijah Madison; and her nieces and nephews, Brett (Sierra Paul), Joey Hopkins, Bodi Wheatcraft, Dalton Weatherly (Catherine), Haleigh Bryson (Ryan) and Dawson Weatherly. She is also survived by 7 great nieces and nephews.
