He is survived by: his parents, Dennis Squier (Pam) and Vanita Jensen (Ray); his sister Shanna Jacobsen (Rolland); his half-sister Julia Jensen; his grandmother Jean Squier; his aunt Anita Salter (Dennis Hopkins); his uncle Spencer Smith (Tellie); his close friend Jennifer Mumm; his friend Ben Iverson; and also Brian Burbridge.
