He was predeceased by: his parents, LaVerne Kuhlmann and Opal "Darlene" Kuhlmann (Shannon); his siblings, Ron, Richard Kuhlmann and Loucetta Seyler; his parents-in-law, Gene and Marcie Evans; and his brother-in-law Ted Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Debra Kuhlmann of Missouri Valley; his children, Keegan (Laura Kuhlmann) and Kenzie Kuhlmann of Missouri Valley; his grandsons, Finnley and Otto; his siblings, Randel (Noreen Kuhlmann), Don (Laura Kuhlmann) and Linda Smith (Regan Homandberg) of Alcester; and his siblings-in-law, Brenda Kuhlmann, Leigh Kuhlmann and Greg (Pam Evans). He is also survived by nieces; nephews; great nieces; great nephews; and many other relatives and friends.
Memorials may be given to Roger's family.
