It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Marjorie Salter of Missouri Valley, Iowa, who passed away on October 1, 2020, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Smiley and Elizabeth Smiley (Fox); her husband Duane; her siblings, Lila White, Alfred and Calvin Smiley; her daughter-in-law Heidi; her great grandchild Triston; and her pet Shorty.

She is survived by: her children, Christine Mauszycki (Charles), Terry Salter (Janet), Mitchell Salter and Steven Salter (Laurie). She is also survived by eight grandchildren, twenty-five great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews, three brother in laws.

Family requests mandatory masks be worn at the church due to Covid.
