He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Hoover and Edith Hoover (Barnhart) of Hester's Birthing House; his brother Robert Hoover; and his daughter Michelle Monhallen. He is survived by: his sister Ruth Beck (David) of Magnolia; his daughter Misty Crisel (Steve) of Olney; his sister-in-law Judy Hoover of Breckenridge, Michigan.; his nephews, Kaleb, Jacob and Steven; and his niece Monique.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Hennessey Funeral Home (310 E Huron St, Missouri Valley, IA 51555). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
