With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Georgianna Shannon (Missouri Valley, Iowa), born in Council Bluffs, Iowa, who passed away on January 3, 2021 at the age of 99. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her mother Florence Harrington; her husband John Shannon; her brother Markie Harrington (Vivian); her parents-in-law, Chester and Mabel Shannon; her sister-in-law Velma; and her son-in-law Jack Wohlers.
She is survived by: her children, Teddie (Mary Shannon) of Springfield, NE, Bettie (Joe Sproul) of Logan, Iowa and JoAnn Wohlers of Missouri Valley, Iowa; her niece Georgianna; and her nephew Larry Harrington (Elaine). She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren and 6 great, great grandchildren.
