He was predeceased by: his parent Verna Palmer; his wife Norma Moore; his daughter Michelle Weber; and his sister Joyce Maloney. He is survived by: his siblings, Gladys Moore Engler Isom and Melvin Moore (Jane Moore); and his children, Stacy Pippitt (Steve Pippitt), Scott Moore (Kay Hersch) and Tara Hartwig (Tim Cooper). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
