He was predeceased by: his daughter Lindsay Peterson; his brother David Peterson; and his parents, Carl Peterson and Carol Peterson. He is survived by: his close friend Vickie; his children, Aaron Peterson (Sony) of Bellingham, WA and Kim O'Bray (Leroy) of Pittsburgh, KS; his brother Richard Peterson (Gloria) of St Louis, MO; his half-brother Phil Peterson (Rita) of Lenexa, KS; and his grandchildren, Adam Peterson, Kaden Gatewood, Kallan O'Bray and Kamden O'Bray. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Pete poured concrete vertical foundations for a few years and the formed his own business, Flinthills Foundation Co. in 2012, Pete sold his company and embarked upon retirement.
