He was predeceased by: his parents, LaVerne Rodewald and Ellen Rodewald; his brothers, Ronald and K. Dean; and his mother-in-law Esther Bugenhagen.
He is survived by: his wife Virginia Bugenhagen; his children, Lori Larsen and Kelly Rodewald; his grandsons, Cord and Neil Larsen; his sister Cheryle Ross; and his siblings-in-law, Carol Rodewald, Julie Hall, Ronnie (Connie), Don (Char Les) and Bill (Kim). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives.
