Hoffman; her son Grant Dean; her husband Ryan Lucy; her daughter Clair Dean; her brothers, Brian (Kittie) and Jacob (Nikki); her grandmother Patricia Hoffman; her nieces, Lyssa, Jerzey, Arianna, Jaxyn and Kadence; her stepchildren, Mason and Hannah; and her close friend Kerri Helwig. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, extended family, friends, and coworkers.
