It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dave Higgins (Missouri Valley, Iowa), who passed away on January 9, 2019, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Dave Higgins to pay them a last tribute.
