He was predeceased by: his father Harold Chambers; and his siblings, Arthur Chambers (Martha) and Elizabeth Rindone (Tee). He is survived by: his daughter JoNae Chambers (Marlow) of Blair, Nebraska; his wife Joyce Chambers of Minden; his grandchildren, Brand Newland (Katie) of Austin, Texas and Breanne Denton (Ryan) of Missouri Valley, Iowa; and his great grandchildren, Addie and Daxton Denton. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions are suggested to Minden United Church of Christ or EveryStep Hospice.
