He was predeceased by: his father Arthur Powell; his sisters, Patrice Brobeck and Cheryl Miller; and his sister-in-law Pamela Powell. He is survived by: his son Joseph; his wife Cecilia Powell; his children, Scot Powell, Sara Biel (Mitchell) of Minden and Kristen Carlson (Mick) of Council Bluffs; his grandchildren, Alexus Powell, Riley Sparks, Chyanne Sparks, Georgia Sparks, Mason Biel and Maida Carlson; and his brothers, Scot Powell of Cincinnati and Daniel Powell of Waynesville, Ohio. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and many friends.
