He is survived by: his wife Sheila Minahan; his daughter Amanda Ring (Dan); his grandchildren, Kallen of Minden, Iowa and Raegan Ring of Minden, Iowa; his siblings, Jean Minahan of Des Moines, Jan Sonderland (Gary) of Grand Forks, Mike Minahan (Corrine) of Neola, Tom Minahan (Debbie) of Neola, Dave Minahan (Linda) of Neola and Terry Minahan (Tracy) of Minden, Iowa; and his siblings-in-law, Terri Schnitker (Dean) of Neola, Iowa, Carolyn McDermott (Dan) of Neola, Iowa, Myron "Tom" Ring of Neola and Nick Ring (Val) of Minden, Iowa. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
