He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Allen and Mary Allen; his siblings, Leona Neill and Richard Allen; his daughter Rhonda Allen; his grandson Patrick Frantz; his parents-in-law, Robert Karnes, Sr. and June Karnes; and his brother-in-law Robert Karnes, Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Delores; his children, Roberta Frantz (Steve), Ronnie Allen (Tina), Roxanne Cuyler (Tom) and Becki Allen; his sister Dixie Jennings; his sister-in-law Becky Hensley (Lane); and his son Trucking. He is also survived by 9 grandkids, 16 great grandkids, numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
Due to the circumstances the family asks that you wear a mask.
