He is survived by: his wife Mavis Paulsen of Paul's Lutheran Church; his children, Thomas Evans (Margaret) of Estherville, Douglas Evans (Susan) of Terril, Kristine Torrence of Prior Lake, Minnesota and Rebecca Johnson (David) of Estherville; and his siblings, Bart Evans (Irene) of Donna and Ann Brown of Wenatchee, Washington..
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the First Presbyterian Church or Avera Hospice.
