She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, John Holland and Helen Holland (Petersen) of Milton, Iowa.; her former husband John Shumate; her children, Mark (Darcy), David (Carol) and Melissa; her siblings, Diane and John; and her grandsons, Matthew, Travis and Austin.
Jane Holland Shumate Pope, our dear Jane, died peacefully of natural causes related to Parkinson's disease in her home at Lakeview Village in Lenexa, Kansas on February 9, 2021.
