He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton Bowman and Mabel Bowman; his wife Mary; his sons, Curtis and Brian; and his brother Dale Bowman.
He is survived by: his cousins, Lloyd Intermill (Nancy), Catherine Chalstrom, Byron Chalstrom (Diane) and Gordon Chalstrom (Peggy); his sister-in-law Sally Yates (MO); his nephews, Rampi Gulati (CA) and Pavi Gulati; his friends, Bob Burt Larry (TX), Karen Handy (IA), Ashley, Colleen, Dani, Dennis, Faith, Hanna, Jeanette, Jody, Josephine, Katie, Laura, Mary L, Morgan Sarah, Stephanie, Tracey, Tina and Travis; his sisters, Lizet and Anelia; and also, Juno Gulati (Spain) and Ruby.
The Bowmans lived in (Fort Worth & Aledo) Texas until Covid when they moved back to Iowa to be closer to their surviving son, Curtis.
