He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Andrew Thomas and Marie Emma Wadle (Schurman); his wife Karan; his daughter Anita Marie Stewart (James) of New Virginia, Iowa; his grandchildren, Donald "Drew" Andrew Wadle and Angela Marie Wadle (Jesse Simmons); his great grandchildren, Noah Andrew Wadle, Micah Wayne Wadle, Desirae Marie Wadle and Avery Grace Simmons; and his siblings, Helen Hunter and Delbert Wadle. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, family members, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be designated to the National Sprint Car Hall of Fame, Knoxville, Iowa or Milo Community Center, Milo Iowa.
