He was predeceased by: his wife Myrtle Miller; his granddaughter Lori Olsasky; his son-in-law Jack Fosdick; and his siblings, Leo, Ray Miller and Hazel Patterson.

He is survived by: his daughter Sheila Fosdick; and his grandchildren, Dave Fosdick (Marzale) and Brenda Rushing. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren; nine great-great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be given to the family for a memorial to be determined at a later date.
