He was predeceased by: his parents, Ina Ohnemus Dittmer and Lester Dittmer; his son Gary Dittmer; his granddaughter Josie Dittmer; and his brother Keith Dittmer.
He is survived by: his wife Janice; his children, Scott Dittmer (Vicki) and Janie Weeks (Andy); his daughter-in-law Kim Dittmer; his grandchildren, Anthony Dittmer, Alyssa Dittmer (Fenton Nelsen), Brandon Dittmer, Briar Dittmer (Allie Wisgerhof), Chase Dittmer, Dawson Dittmer, Morgan Schaffner (Jon) and Dalton Weeks (Alex Bishop); and his siblings, Ray Dittmer (Jan), Ruth Konrad (Flavian), Delbert Dittmer (Nancy), Kathy Harmon (John), Claire Dittmer (Judy), Christy Ripperger (Chris) and Kevin Dittmer (Phyllis). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
