He is survived by: his wife Marlys Hirsch; his children, Tony Sowers of Milo, Eric Sowers (Leona) of Milo, Neil Sowers (Christy) of Pleasantville and Sara Geisler (Justin) of Milo; his grandchildren, Mike, Liz, Nathan, Andie, Josie, Natalie and Allie; his great grandchildren, Briella, Liam, Gracie, Ryan, Ellie and Sophia; his siblings, Ken Sowers (Barb) of Fredericksburg, Sue Orth of Plainfield, Melinda Daggett of Conrad, Merijo Boevers (Dale) of Farley, Kelly Diser (Scott) of Rochester and Kristen Christensen (Mark) of Saratoga; his sister-in-law Marlene Sowers (Ric) of Fredricksburg; and his cousin Clell.
