She was predeceased by: her parents, Lorey Vincent and Mary Alice VanSyoc (Metcalf); her siblings, Jewell Ruth Jones, Ralph Metcalf VanSyoc, Kenneth VanSyoc and Howard VanSyoc; and her husband Keith Uttley.
She is survived by: her sisters, Wilma Elaine "Katie" Iverson and Sharon Knoer (Pat); her sons, Roger Michael Uttley (Sue), Richard Allen Uttley (Linda) and Randal Lee Uttley (Elizabeth); her grandchildren, Todd Uttley (Sarah), Michelle Palassis (Christopher), Erin Vanderwerf (Matt), Kelly Fruin (John) and Sara Uttley; and her great grandchildren, Kali Uttley, Effie, I. O. Palassis, Baylee, Natalie Smith, Kaia, Jordan Vanderwerf, Gabe and Gage Fruin. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given in Dorothy's name to the Milo Public Library Building Fund.
