She was predeceased by: her parents, Madison Akers and Virginia Akers (Young); her siblings, Earbie and Pauline; and her husband Robert.
She is survived by: her daughters, Terry Mendell (Perry) and Tammy Brummel (Curtis); her grandchildren, Lisa Mendell, Scott Mendell, Casey Bertsch (Brandon), Eric Brummel (Lisa) and Bryan Brummel (Brittany); her great grandchildren, Bentley, Braxton, Becca, Abel and Axel; and her sister Della Miller. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and her caring spiritual brothers and sisters.
